Dr. Michael Sheridan

Dr. Michael Sheridan (she/her) is a member of the UU Congregation of Wilmington, where she serves as a member of the Board of Trustees and co-chair of the Social Justice Ministry. She has 35+ years of teaching experience on diversity and social justice issues and continues to offer DEI training in retirement. As an academic she published numerous articles and chapters on the intersection between spirituality and social justice, including serving as Editor for the text, Connecting Spirituality and Social Justice: Conceptualizations and Applications for Macro Social Work Practice.
She lives in Carolina Beach, NC – land once stewarded by the Waccamaw Siouxan, Lumbee, Tuscarora, and the Cape Fear Indians, whose original tribal name is now lost to us.
Ann Zimmerman

Ann (she/her) lives in Winston-Salem on indigenous Tutelo land and is a member of the Unitarian Fellowship of Winston-Salem. She currently serves as Chair of the Fellowship’s Social Action Council and Multicultural Team. Originally from New Orleans, Ann enjoys music with a good beat and plays several instruments.
Marion Hirsch

Marion Hirsch is the Director of Lifespan Religious Education at the Community Church of Chapel Hill Unitarian Universalist, where she has served since 1999. She lives in Chatham County, North Carolina on Indigenous Sissipahaw and Sakori lands.
Rev. Dr. Audette Fulbright Fulson
Board Member
Rev. Dr. Audette Fulbright Fulson is the lead minister of the UU Congregation of Asheville, NC - the congregation where she interned way back in 1999, and she's glad and grateful to be back in NC. Over the past 25 years she has served congregations in the South, Midwest, and NYC, and has held a variety of board positions, including with UU Justice NY and UUMFE. She loves Southern food, dancing, reading when she should be sleeping, and her family - including her four pets: sibling cats Pippa and Blackberry, and brat dogs Dexter and Bailey.
Rev. Kayla Parker

Rev. Kayla Parker (she/they) lives in Winston-Salem, NC, on Cheraw land. She serves as the Minister of our Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Winston-Salem, and has previously served congregations in Virginia, West Virginia, Indianapolis and Connecticut. She is grateful to our UU faith and community for inviting her into deeper interconnectedness and bravery, and hopes all can have these loving pulls in life.
